Methods of Payment.

Cheques should be made out to Ezee-Reach Ltd. Postal Orders should be made out to Ezee-Reach Ltd are acceptable.

Postal Orders made payable to Ezee-Reach Ltd. are acceptable.

All payments should be in pounds sterling. All overseas orders must be paid by credit card which will calculate the prevailing rate of exchange.

All credit and charge cards holders are subject to validation and authorisation, which can only be provided by the cardholder. If this information is refused we cannot accept your order and Ezee-Reach Ltd will not be liable for non delivery as payment will not be taken.

Once your order has been accepted we will send you an email confirming your order, please ensure that all details contained within this communication are correct. Including the forwarding address if this should be different from that to which the credit card is registered.

Paypal.

PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.

Despatch of Goods.

Every effort is made to ensure goods are continually in stock. Goods will be despatched within 5 working days or before if possible. Cheque paying Customers may experience a slight delay as 7 normal banking days are required to clear a cheque.

Returns Policy.

Your U.K. statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you decide to return a product bought from this site. You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting from the day after you receive the goods). This statutory right will apply to your order as long as the seal on the product is unbroken and packaging and product has not been damaged in anyway which would result in the product being unsuitable for resale.

A full refund of the purchase price (not including postage/packaging) will be forwarded by cheque to the person responsible for the purchase, when the product has been duly classified as not conforming to the Manufacturer’s high standard of production.

Please ensure that all products are used in accordance with the Directions for Use and Care Instructions provided, neglecting these instructions may result in damage to the product for which Ezee-Reach Ltd. will not be held responsible.

Delivery Charges - FREE DELIVERY

Your order will be despatched as speedily as possible the usual carrier is the Post Office. The cost of despatch will be added to your total order prior to taking payment. Payment will not be taken until you have accepted the despatch charges.

We are currently offering FREE DELIVERY in the UK until 1st Jan 2007.
