Limitations of liability

Liability to a Customer will be limited to the retail value of the goods purchased. If in the very unlikely event a product is found to be of an inferior quality after inspection by Ezee-Reach Ltd., the full value of the product will be refunded without question. Postage charges will not be refundable. Should it be necessary for a Customer to return a product, it should be accompanied with a copy of the receipt of purchase. Please ensure a copy of the “proof of postage” is retained in your records as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost that are returned to us. All goods purchased on this site will be accompanied by instructions for use, washing instructions and restrictions and suggested age group suitability. We pledge that this information will be accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of purchase. Ezee-Reach Ltd. have provided information on directions for use and care instructions for the safety of the user and to prolong the life of the product. No responsibility will be accepted by Ezee-Reach Ltd., for misuse if warnings clearly mentioned on packaging are not followed.
